What we'd test on Senja's ad landing page

Senja is running five Meta ads in the US, one campaign started September 24. Every one speaks to course creators. We read each ad, the page they land on, Google's page one for ten testimonial searches and the 300 searches Senja ranks for.

The three tests we'd run first

Fix first, no test needed: send the creator ads to Senja's course-creators page, which already exists. Then run these.

The ads and where they go

Each page checked against the ads that send people to it. Does the page repeat what the ad promised?

Partly

Yes

"Get twice as many sign ups to your course", course platforms (Podia, Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable) and Kieran Drew's system.

What Senja does well

  • Every ad is a story, not a feature list

A DM screenshot you can't find, a launch three weeks out, Kieran Drew's P.S. reminders. Each ad opens on a moment a creator knows.

  • Proof buyers can check

The homepage marks testimonials "Verified purchase" when the author paid through Stripe, with a public page that shows how. The ad of the same name keeps its word.

  • The right page already exists

The course-creators page names the course platforms, embeds the form inside a course and quotes Kieran Drew in full.

  • One clear, free offer

Every ad ends in "Start free" or "Build your first form free", and every page button says "Start for free today".

What we'd fix

01
Fix first

Five course-creator ads land on a page written for everyone

All five ads in the campaign link to senja.io with the same UTM. The homepage opens with a general line and never mentions students or courses above the fold. Senja's course-creators page says exactly what the ads say.

Let your students do the selling

Senja collects testimonials from your students with a simple form and keeps your sales page updated with the new ones.

The page says/ · above the fold

Meet Senja.

The easiest way to collect verified customer testimonials and case studies, then share them everywhere to increase trust and sales.

No mention of students or courses
02

The product demo shows a plumbing company

The homepage's "Find" demo is filled with trades testimonials. A course creator who clicked an ad about student results sees someone else's business in the product.

How Kieran Drew collects testimonials on autopilot

When a student finishes his course, they're asked for a testimonial. Three more reminders go out over the next month.

How Hartley Plumbing cut missed jobs to zero in one month

The demo testimonials come from Marsh & Sons Electrical, Hartley Plumbing and Bluebird HVAC.

Trades, not course creators
03

The ad says 20+ platforms. The page says 30+.

A small one, and easy to fix. One of the two numbers is out of date, and a careful buyer notices when the ad and the page disagree.

The ad saysMeta · 1 ad · Sign up

Pull all your proof into one place

Senja imports testimonials from 20+ platforms, grabs them from any page with the Chrome Extension, and turns a screenshot of a DM into a testimonial.

The page says/ · above the fold

Collect text & video testimonials on autopilot, or import from 30+ platforms

The same claim appears in the navigation: "Bring in praise from 30+ platforms".

Two different numbers

The tests, one change each

To see a 20% change you need about 400 conversions per version; for 10%, about 1,570. Check yours with the sample size calculator.
Test 01

The course page headline in the ads' words

Goal: free sign-ups from the creator ads
A · Original

Get twice as many sign ups to your course

B · Version B

Let your students do the selling

A form they fill in. Proof on your sales page.

Why

"Students" is in all five ads. Once the ads point to the course page, it should open with the line people clicked.

Test 02

A creator's example in place of the plumbing demo

Goal: free sign-ups
A · Original

How Hartley Plumbing cut missed jobs to zero

B · Version B

How Kieran Drew's testimonials collect themselves

Course finished, testimonial asked, Notion database as thanks.

Why

People from a creator ad should see their own kind of business in the product. The ad already tells this story.

Test 03

Jay Clouse's result by the first button

Goal: free sign-ups
A · Original

Get twice as many sign ups to your course

B · Version B

Get twice as many sign ups to your course

"A tangible impact on revenue and conversion." Jay Clouse

Why

The "Proof your buyers can check" ad leads with this quote. On the course page it appears after the hero, away from the decision.

How we ran this

One prompt, five skills and public data. On your own site, the agent also reads which ads bring sign-ups and where visitors stop on the page.

  1. 1Meta Ad Library: 5 active US ads
  2. 2The homepage and course page, read in full
  3. 3Google US page one, 10 searches
  4. 4Volume, difficulty and DR for 25 searches
The prompt

Pull every active Meta ad for Senja in the US. Note who each ad speaks to and where it links. Compare each ad's audience and claims with what the landing page shows above the fold, and check whether Senja already has a page for that audience. Check Google page one for the searches Senja's product pages target. Draft the three tests we'd run first, one change each.
