We utilize Timescale for our database, hosted on AWS within the Oregon, United States data center location.
Our analytics collection process doesn't store or read cookies, local storage data, or persistent information on client devices or browsers.
Unique users are anonymized through hashing their IP address and device characteristics (e.g., browser version, operating system, hardware information). Original IP addresses are discarded permanently post-hash generation. Device characteristics are grouped into higher-order categories (e.g., browser type, device type).
We capture and store anonymized user activity, including page visits, session duration, clicks, and form submissions. Humblytics doesn't capture or store form data or perform screen scraping.
To use Humblytics, customers authorize access to desired Webflow sites. We collect and store names, email addresses, Webflow IDs, and access tokens. This information is used for authentication, communication, and verifying ownership of connected Webflow sites, registered domains, and reading slug URLs of Webflow CMS collections.
Data isn't sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
For payment processing, Humblytics uses Stripe. No sensitive financial data passes through our servers.
